Free tools

Six tools that stop the small leaks. Yours to keep.

Listings, quotes, reviews, bookings and a year on the wall — personalised to your business, with no sign-up wall.

These exist because we kept seeing the same week: a Google listing that hasn't been touched in two years, a price nobody can find after hours, a review that never got asked for, a booking that took four messages, a year planned in someone's head instead of on the wall.

We offer them because operational excellence starts with the small things actually working. Each tool is a simple version of something we build for clients. You put your business name, hours and prices in. Any business can use them at no cost, whether we ever speak or not.

The benefit is practical: fewer missed enquiries, clearer prices, more reviews, less diary ping-pong, and a planner the whole team can see. If you later want something fitted to how you actually work, you will already know what “a tool that helps” feels like.

Why is all this free?

Why is all this free?

Fair question. We are a growth partner, and we help businesses bring in more customers and spend less of the week on the bits that eat it. Most of what we build for people starts with something small; a price on a website, a review that got asked for at the right moment, a booking that did not need three phone calls.

These are those small things. They cost us almost nothing to give away and they work whether or not we ever speak. If you want a hand with the bigger stuff later, you know where we are. If you do not, keep them anyway. They are yours.

These took months to build. We give them away because they work, and because the people they help tend to come back when they need something bigger.

Common questions

Quick answers before you pick a tool.

What should we build next?

What should we build next?

Every tool here started with an owner telling us what was eating their week. If there's something you wish existed, or something here that could work harder, tell us. We build the ones we hear most.
